Sbarro, chain of Pizza restaurants popular for New York style Pizza internationally, has plans to expand their footprint from the current 15 outlets to more than 50 by middle of next year. Sbarro has opened their 15th outlet last week in Bandra in Mumbai. Health club chain Anytime Fitness will invest Rs 75 crore to open 40 new centres across the country by the end of the next year.
Anytime Fitness, which entered India in 2012 with its first centre in Delhi, currently has 10 fitness centres in Delhi, Mumbai, Chennai, Hyderabad, Dimapur(Nagaland) and Bhuj (Gujrat). The new centers will be based on franchise model.
